Introduction to Tai Chi

Come to one class or come to all of them to learn Tai Chi, a slow, gentle Chinese exercise method that enhances balance, posture, mental focus and relaxation skills. This simplified class will introduce you to the basics of Tai Chi fundamentals. Teacher Mary Van Derven, occupational therapist, is certified in Tai Chi Fundamentals Original and Adapted Programs. Wear comfortable clothes. Masks are required for this event.
