In The Authenticity Project, everyone who wrote in the notebook felt a sense of relief after writing down and detaching from their innermost thoughts. A lack of detachment from our thoughts can lead to lives dominated by anxiety, depression and chronic pain. Expressive writing is an exercise that creates awareness of your thoughts and helps you separate from them and create new circuits—often leading to a healthier, happier lifestyle.
